This module has the following functionality:

  • Set dimensions and tolerance limits for items.
  • Inspection of parts received from suppliers and recording their dimensions.
  • Alerting user when any items received from suppliers are not within accepted tolerance.
  • Automatic goods movement of accepted items and rejected items from suppliers.
  • Inspection of items during the manufacturing process and alerting users of defects.
  • Final Inspection of completed items and automatic goods movement of accepted and rejected items.
  • Inspection of dispatch items and printing of "Certificate of Analysis - Quality".
