Introduction
A leading hospital with multiple branches was struggling with their accounts. Their
financial team was not happy with the accounting capability of their hospital management
system and the management was not able to retrieve real time financial reports.
These problems prevented the hospital management from taking crucial decisions.
To scale up their operations and improvised applications, they have decided to implement SAP
B1, but they have already invested and customized their HMS to suit their daily operations.
It will be a complex and expensive to implement HMS capability in
SAP B1. Therefore, they decided to integrate their HMS with SAP B1 using WBC Transformer.
Challenge
When changing the patient type from cash to credit (Insurance party) at the mid of hospital
services, all the existing bill should change to credit for that patient then the same has
to book in the TPA account and also the calculated Revenue / TPA balance
has to book in the appropriate debtors account.

We provide the solution through sales module with revenue and collection on top of patient &
TPA Head.
